Remarks

Admission to FMS Delhi was my dream. I took an entrance exam called CAT which is the gate pass for any top B school. Eligibility of the course is we should have passing marks in the board's exam of secondary and senior secondary. Apart from that 50% marks in graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are best, they teach us to do ethical business and make us understand the rules of strategy and negotiation which can be done in an ethical way. Faculty: student is 1:13. Faculty is highly qualified. The course is advanced. Exams are semester-wise.

Internships Opportunities

I interned at Wipro as an information technology manager for a Bangalore project and an American client, and I was really happy to work with them. Working with them made me confident to take decisions and encouraged me to work harder and achieve good results for the company. All companies which come here are big multinationals.

Placement Experience

The summer placement report states we had an average stipend of Rs 3 lakh for 2 months in the year 2022 which was an increase of 13% from the previous year. Companies like Wipro, Asian Paints, Capgemini, Adani, JSW, Tata Steel, etc visited our campus. Highest final placement was Rs65 lakh per annum in the year 2022.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for PwD candidates are less than the rest of the students. But as it is the fee is less only Rs 50,000 per 6 months. Scholarships are available for PwD as well as economically weaker sections are provided for selected students.

Campus Life

Social clubs like dance clubs, painting clubs, photography clubs, etc. Books from all authors required for business studies like Robert Grant's Strategy, our own faculties published books, etc are available in our library. Classrooms are spacious and big enough to take in 120 students.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Truth about jims kalkaji

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package
