Remarks :

To get into this college I had to write the KEAM examination and got into a management seat in Btech Information Technology The staff that handles the admission is very kind and provides us with the right details on how to proceed further.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course as I wanted to enter the IT world. Seeing that this college had good placements I opted for it. Semester exams are given from the KTU and it's pretty difficult in the first year as we are not studying our core subjects.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 830000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Ust global, TCS from Tata, Sutherland, and Infosys are the major companies that recruit students from this college. During our fourth year, the college makes the students do the projects and prepare them for the companies they're going to be placed in.

Placement Experience :

The placements in our college are great and have a placement percentage of 70%. The main companies that recruit students are UST, TCS, and Infosys. The highest package offered by the companies is 12 lakh per annum. After getting the degree I plan to study abroad.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is average. I entered this college through a management seat and have to pay 83000 per year. The college provides scholarships for students with sports backgrounds and for students with high marks in their high school years.

Campus Life :

Life on the campus is great as we have many programs. Our main program is advay which is a 2-day fest hosted by the students. The cultural fests are also there every few months. There are many clubs present in this college from hackathons to NSS.

Placement Experience:

Students can avail placenta from the 7th semester where a lot of companies are available. I don't know about the highest package but all of them are pretty decent. Most of the packages are IT and sales.

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
