Remarks
CAT was the entrance exam taken. After the CAT results, around December, the application form opens up on the FMS website. The admission process had a PI. The final score was based on X, XII, CAT and PI.
Course Curriculum Overview
Excellent full-time faculty with a nice mixture of guest faculties. Even some alumni who are industry leaders in their companies are also guest faculties for some subjects. The teaching pedagogy is case-based in many subjects. The passing rate was close to 95% of the students.
Internships Opportunities
The same range of companies such as Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, AbInBev, Accenture Strategy, AmEx, Disney Star and others came for the summer placements with an average stipend amounting to 3lacs. The projects were mostly the currently running projects in those companies at a middle management level.
Placement Experience
The third semester onwards the placement process begins. Companies such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, AmEx and others make the bulk of the offers. The placements stand at 100% with the highest CTC being 67lpa and the average being 32.4lpa. I plan to go work with the company I get placed in.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are extremely low for a General student being 2lacs for the entire course which gives it an extremely high ROI. For PWD students there are no fees. The internship I got at Unacademy as a business analyst had a stipend of 3lacs.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Fiesta held in February. The FMS library has a wide variety of books and journals available and we also have access to the massive DU library. Same for sports, we have access to one of the biggest sports facilities at DU. A huge range of societies is run under the MSA banner.
