VIT Bhopal - Revieew and Placements

Eligibility Needs to be class 12th passed. The application process is through the VITEEE examination. However direct admission is also possible through the official website. Fees are broken into four categories and the registration process is based on that. For improvement, they can lower the registration fees.

The teachers all have Phd degrees and are well qualified and have teaching experience. The course followed is standard including all university courses open, elective, and optional. The course completion is credit points based. There are two exams each semester. Mid-semester and term-end semester.

From the seventh semester, students are eligible for placements. Companies like TCS and Infosys visit form mass recruitment to fill tech to managerial jobs. The highest package this year was 51lakh and the minimum package was not disclosed. The average package stands at 7lpa. 100% of students have been said to be placed on record by the placement cell who sat in placement. After getting a degree I will join Google.

Fees hike is about an increase of Rs.30000 every year. Usually, scholarships are provided to star students who have performed well in their board examinations. The jobs are from Tech companies like Infosys and TCS etc in placements with around 7 LPA on average.

TECHNEEV, ABYAGRA and VITAdvitya are some of the tech and cultural fests held in VIT Bhopal every few. The number of fests is few and small. A library is there with a standard number of books for students. Every class is preinstalled with a projector and has ample space. Sports events are held throughout the year ranging from badminton, chess cricket, table tennis and basketball and football. Many clubs are in working during the college year like GDSC, and Mozilla student's club.

Hoste facilities are almost adequate. there is a single room, two bedded, four bedded and six bedded with AC and Non-AC both types. You get a bunker, bed, table, almirah and a fan. There are bathrooms on each floor. There are three boys hostel and one girl's hoster. More are under construction. A single hostel can hold around 800 children. The registration process is the same as counselling and we get the room allotted after the fees have been duly paid.
