You need a graduate from college with good marks. The admission process is easier. One can visit istar.edu.in and can easily access the admission form and can go through it all. There is no reservation.

This course is present only in this college. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:30. The faculty is excellent and very well-educated. Have great and easy teaching methods. Exams are taken as one internal exam and one external.

The are many mnc and also private firms which provide internships to students. Our HOD helps us with the internships. We get into Firms like GAA, RBSA, KPMG and many private firms. We work under them on various projects.

From 2nd year the M.Sc students here are eligible to be placed. More than 80% are placed from college placements. I will be going for an internship in an MNC in the final semester. And then go for the job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees look to be a bit on the higher side, but the course value justifies it. Need more efforts to provide scholarships for students. Jobs are available and campus placement is also there, moreover, teachers take good efforts for placements.

Campus Life

Malhar is the annual tech fest name of the college. In the month of January, they are concluded. The library is well-equipped. The classrooms are good and spacious. There are a lot of sports and extracurricular activities going on throughout the year at the CVM University

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very well built. It has all the facilities including wifi and volleyball ground. 66000 rs is for 1 year. Moreover, it is okay and affordable. The food is also okay, not good tho. And 1 year in the hostel we rented a room for 2nd year.

The course curriculum is excellent in every way! The course, which I did was of Life Sciences, and it's curriculum was absolutely wonderful! The syllabus had been designed such that it perfectly aligned with the syllabus of various exams, such as CSIR, GATE etc. And also, for the end semester dissertation, our university allowed us to pursue it from any other institute or university if we wish to, and encouraged us to do so. And because of that I did my dissertation research from SLS, JNU, in cancer biology.

I choose this course because this was a new course and I have literally sone interest in this course when I started studying about this course. The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. The faculty is very good and they all are well qualified almost all the faculty have done MPhil and PhD in their field. The term exams very mostly in 2 to 3 months and the exam was not that much difficult to pass for an average student if they had studied.

This is year 2021 when we have probably 1000% more jobs in IT than 10 years ago. It is much easier to get in Tier-1 companies.
