VP & RPTP Science College, Gujarat was established in 1947 by Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM) a Public Charitable Trust. Initially, the college was acting as an arts & science college and later in the year 1959, it was converted as Science College. The aim of the college is to create and nourish a stimulating learning environment that ensures a globally relevant education, based on eternal human values. The main objective of the college is to educate, empower and prepare globally competitive human resource through knowledge, employability, entrepreneurship skills by creating an environment conducive to learning and research in sciences.

VP & RPTP Science College, Vallabh Vidyanagar, admissions for 2025 opened on 9 May and applications were accepted till around mid-September (16 Sept) for B.Sc. and BCA courses. Admission is based on 10+2 results. Applicants fill the online form via the college portal (offline option may exist), upload required documents, submit the application fee, and after merit/entrance criteria are met, selected candidates pay fees to confirm their seat.
