Admission to FMS Delhi has various stages : Attempt the CAT or GMAT Exam, then Score extremely well on the Exam, Apply for the college at its official website within the stipulated time along with the SOP, Pay the form fees, and then Crack the college by passing the personal interview test.

Course Curriculum Overview

Highly agile and flexible course. I like the dissertation project part of the course curriculum the most, we can opt for projects in any domain provided we satisfy the criteria of CGPA for that domain. Faculties are highly supportive and help students a lot.

Internships Opportunities

Summer's process is one of the craziest feelings one can experience. There are wide openings, scopes, fields, and the freedom to choose which domain one would want to work with. People usually undergo the Summer internship process and test if a particular domain suits them or not, post that they can sit for the finals in the domain which they would like to go for.

Placement Experience

Placements are 100% and seniors help juniors prepare for their summer internships and juniors help seniors prepare for their finals, this is the symbiotic relationship that has existed in FMS for years. The placements are very good with 100% placements and the best companies are called in all the domains who offer a shrieking package. Highest package: 60lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

From time to time various scholarships are awarded to the students of FMS Delhi which you can check on the Buddy4Study website which floats various scholarships for students studying in top B schools. Fees for 2 years are approx. 3lakhs.

I am the President of Light Art (The Design Society at FMS Delhi), it gives me immense pleasure to write an answer to this question because never did I know that I could design such good posters and banners before I joined FMS, but FMS provided me a learning platform and I was eager enough to grasp all the knowledge. Similarly, you can go to the Instagram official page of FMS Delhi (account name: FMS Delhi) and can view various other clubs which are a part of FMS. All the books are available in the library.

Interview Experience

Statement of Purpose is the first round which needs to be detailed and should contain your achievements and future goals and how it aligns with the college's perspective. Secondly, an Extempore round where you need to speak on a topic for 1 to 1.5 minutes in English. Post this there is a PI round. I had prepared for all these rounds rigorously and had taken help from one of the renowned coaching institutes in India. In my opinion, knowing about business news is a must to pass the PI's.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package
