Remarks

My stay at the Institute was a lofe changing experience for me, it was a combination of lot of things from holding various positions and from walking on paths which i had never thought, it was a lofe changing experience.

Entrance Preview

IIT JAM, I gave examination for this specific course only, being graduted in statistics. My score was 128 out of 200 and rank was 58.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course was sturctured to meet the demand by industry, so that we have good placement options.

Internships Opportunities

Company do come to offer internship few of the companies at my time were credit suisse, MANIPAL Technologies, JP morgan and many other. Stipend on an average was around 20,000 per month.

Placement Experience

Number of companies visit the college campus i would like to mention few companies and average package CAPITAL ONE, Axis bank, EXL, cognizant, HSBC ETC. Average package was around 7.5 lacs.

College Events

There two college fest:1. Cultural called Mood I which is asia's largest cultural festival2. Techfest which is the official festival of the institute.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees sturcture is quite feasible, even loan is also very easy to get. Fees for one whole year including food, stay and academic fees would be around 90,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

For economically weaker section, the institute offers schlorship under which they waive off the tution fees and also gives some amount to you for your expenditure.

Campus Life

There n number of socities, which u can be part off. The facilities at gymkhana are superb be it infrasturcture or availability of equipments. There are around 54 culitral wvents which take place in two semesters.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good equipped with night canteens, which leaves you wid 20 hours of availabloty of food on campis.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is quite strong, as you stay on campus you get to know lot off your seniors as well as seniors, and each year there are reunion of various batches which take place.

Exam Structure

It depends on the student, how he manages his time with studies an n number of xtra things he can do while on campus.

Faculty

Faculty was quit compitent which is expected from a professor at IIT Bombay.

Excellent Platform for Quality Education

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semister of M-Tech student become eligible for campus placement. Infosys, Tech Mahendra, Bajaj Allianz, JSW, L&T, TATA, are some companies visited to my college. In 2024 M-Tech student Dipali Gajbhiye got 17.3 LPA in Bajaj Allianz.

Campus placement is good here overall this year 75 percentage of students are placed and many choose to go higher study and you will get chance to go abroad via student exchange program. So you can choose this college.

The university has one of the quality placements in India. The placement committee of the university is properly privy to the groups and college students' necessities and pursuits and the committee put together us accordingly. I did applied for iit delhi also as it was my home town but got IIT Bombay as it was much better for me because of placements and brand value. so i did fill for other college but yes iit bombay was my 1st preference so i got it and acc to my rank i was gettinng into iit bombay very easily but to be on safe side i added more option . so i have cleared jee advanced to get here . for mtech you have to pass gate . the admission iprocess is impler only its mostlyy digital.cutoffs of jee adv is obviously very high due to number of student who wnt to go in iit and number of studnet who get selected there is huge difference so dropper increases ....Read More
