Eligibility for the course was by the national entrance examination JEE MAINS through the counselling done by the university by online method. The application form was present on the online portal of the institute i.e. www.HBTU.ac.in
Course Curriculum Overview
The course helps us with all our knowledge and practical knowledge about our stream and its curriculum is apt for someone who wants to pursue a carrier in the leather industry in future. Faculties are really helpful and maintain a healthy environment in classes which helps in the overall growth of students
Internships Opportunities
The students have received internships in many good companies such as TCS, and Infosys and many students get interned at many chemical companies and have a great learning experience and get to learn about many new tanning types of leather.
Placement Experience
The students become eligible for in-campus placement for the 8th semester and many multinational companies come and hire many of the students with good packages highest package was 45 LPA. 88% of students were placed in the year 2021.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are cheaper compared to many other universities and the students get a scholarship from the government. There is no hike in fees as it is the same as the previous 3-5 years which helps all the students to stay financially stable.
Campus Life
The college conducts fests in college - the technical fest, sports fest and cultural fest all three were a huge success. Our college has one of the best in the class libraries with all the books required by the students to excel in their semesters.
