Remarks

Eligibility, of course, is 10+2 and the NATA entrance exam is compulsory. for application, the form is available on the mahacet website and some amount we have to pay. The date is also available on the website. if you are from a reserved category then you get a lot of benefits like a concession on the tuition fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I was interested in this course. the ratio is 1:10 . They have excellent experience in their subjects and are very easy to go with. we get a lot of knowledge of the subject and in general too. they mostly focus on practical knowledge and some books too. exam was tough but if you study and concentrate in class they were easy

Internships Opportunities

5

They have good scop in companies and firms. Outcomes are excellent. We have to work on projects and then we can apply for an internship on the base of our projects. It's a really easy way and we don't face any problems.

Placement Experience

4.5

Students are eligible for campus placement in the fourth or fifth year.in this course, we have internships and students tentatively continue in the same firm. Almost every student who gets placement is interested. Others can start their firm or can go for masters.

Fees and Financial Aid

If the scholarship is available after admission they provide us with that too. They always update us on every scholarship. They even help in case of financial problems. And co-operate with us. They were also providing college scholarships to the students in need

Campus Life

5

We celebrate cultural days and every festival in our college. Holidays are also provided for students. we have a library for the college every book we need is available here which we need for the course. We also have free wifi access on the whole campus. Yes, we have a representative for every post from students, and students elect them.

Interview Experience

5

No. There were no group discussions or interview questions or test patterns. They gave us admission through cap rounds or based on marks we have obtained from NATA and board exams. We only appeared for exams held for this course and prepared for it

The reason i choose architecture because it fascinates me how a place can be developed into holistic place interests me . The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation. There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
