I got admission through mhcet cap rounds. Eligibility of course - 10 +2, with (PCM)and Nata entrance exam or JEE. Application forms, application fees, and dates are available online on the college website or the office of the college. admission process from the institution level.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because the college environment is very good. student ratio- 1:10 Faculty is well qualified with Ph.D. and master's degree and their teachings method are very easy they help us a lot. They teach accordingly as well as new software.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are around 100000 This includes development fees, Library fees, and others. Every year we used to pay 700 in addition to the tuition fee. This includes an insurance scheme for students. Students can apply for government scholarships. No hike in fees in any year of the entire course.

Campus Life

Many activities such as cultural, carnivals, sports, guest lectures, etc. related to academics are organized. Many books and journals are available in the library. We have a space for indoor sports and a ground for outdoor sports.

The reason i choose architecture because it fascinates me how a place can be developed into holistic place interests me . The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
