Yeah, architecture is the one of the noble professions of India. My vision is to build the future. Here in this college faculty have both practical practice experience as well as teaching experience. Exams were not that difficult but the course includes a lot of submissions which have a lot of site visits, and shit drafting on the basis of this, there is a viva which is kind of difficult but the faculty will help you with this.

Yeah, a lot of options were there as some of the top alumni firms Were there in the top 10 firms of Pune like Shitesh Agrawal Architects and Associates which is a great firm to begin with. So interesting to work with them.

Placement Experience

Yeah, there is a separate Ye placement cell through which I have been selected and offered a 3,50,000 package by one of the multinational companies so I can say there is a lot of probability that students should get exposure to be get selected through the campus selection process.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is minimum. also, the college provides their level of course scholarship depending upon the situation of the student like college has provided Ya full fees consideration to the students who have lost their parents during Corona.

Campus Life

Yeah, a lot of student activities and annual programmes like aarambh, NASA programmes like hoi polloi and so many workshops like pottery, wood, and scrap to be conducted throughout the year. You can check it on their Instagram handle.

Admission

The admission process was smooth as you have to give NATA first and the college provides all kinds of facilities to help and gives counselling sessions to give students a clearer vision to choose their path. Sometimes in the situation institute provides some aid as a help like in 2021 -21 the have provided corona-affected students scholarships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
