There is no such thing as a fest or tech fest, but they conduct hackthons which you can consider as test fests only. Classrooms are well equipt with technologies you will be provided with the recordings of the classroom

Yes, there is an telephonic interview round. And after which you will be confirmed to give a written test in written test it basically has questions of maths, reasoning and english. You just need to have basic knowledge of their subjects.
