Remarks

The admission process was good. Once the college is allocated you have to visit the college and check your registration after verifying everything you will be sent to take your id card. After a few minutes of verification, you will get your card.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was enrolled in the electronics and communication stream in 1st batch and the courses are according to the syllabus of A.P.J Abdul Kalam University. Overall the faculty is good and on-time exams are done.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement of the college is ok but not very decent as companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro come and select students in bulk but some companies offer good packages too. But if you are good you should try for off-campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it's a private college the fees are much. A normal student has to pay a fee of up to 2 lakh per year and if you opt for a hostel then you have to pay 1 lakh approx for a hostel too. There is a scholarship for the weak students but not much assistance.

Campus Life

In the college, you will come across several societies with different activities and fields and one can take part in the annual fest of college which happens to be great. Overall life on campus is very good.

Hostel Facilities

You are provided with a bed and almirah with 3 people sharing in the college hostel. Outside there are several PGs and rent rooms where one can stay with several options available. The registration process for hostel allotment is hectic and time-consuming you have to wait for much time to get allotted.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

Talking about fees it is much less than other collges and placement is also goood and hostel food and timing is really good compared to other colleges.
