Remarks

Admission is taken through JEE mains exam. Earlier there was UPSEE through which you can join the college but from the last year the exam has been cancelled and all intake is through JEE mains. Also can join through management kota.

Course Curriculum Overview

Most do the faculties are from south indian as this college under JSS maisoor math. Generally you will get good interaction with faculties and they all are either M.tech or PhD holder. I personally choose EEE becoz I had to go in core sector.

Internships Opportunities

There is a training and placement cell seperately for this purpose. Also there is internal societies like IEEE and ISA through which you can get best training and placement. Also there are startups to learn.

Placement Experience

If I talk about the placement, I will say it depends upon your branch. For CS/IT placement is too good. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, cognizant, tech Mahindra, nagaro byjus Accenture came which gives great package.

Fees and Financial Aid

About the fee, it's 120000 per year approximately. And if you come under scholarship you will get 1 lakh for SC/ST , 56k for OBC. You will also get apportunity for the internship and training. A lot of CS/IT companies came.

Campus Life

Annual fest is zelicon which basically held in March April. College has a great library where you will get books relevant to you course. You not need to purchase books. Also there are n number of societies in which you can join and explore.

Hostel Facilities

Has seperate hostel for boys and girls. The fee structure for the hostel is like 96k per year for boys and 95k per year for girls. Also there are AC rooms which charges a little high. But you will have to compromise with the food.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

Talking about fees it is much less than other collges and placement is also goood and hostel food and timing is really good compared to other colleges.
