Remarks

The admission process was done after completing intermediate exams. To be eligible for the course, we need to get a good score in Eamcet. The application form and details are given on the TS EAMCET website. I have OBC reservation criteria. I want to say that the improvement I want to see in the admission process is to eliminate the reservation system.

I have chosen the computer science and engineering course because I want to get good placements in the IT industry. In my college faculty: the student ratio is 18:1 . Our teachers are professionals or maybe assistant professors. The teaching was very good and it is understandable to students. Exams are conducted weekly once either quizzes or semester exams.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Amazon, Google, service now, Wipro, Uber, and Deloitte have visited our campus. Our college students will get intership after completion of the 6th semester. Artificial intelligence and machine learning projects will be satisfied by our companies.

Nearly 90 per cent of students got placements on our college campus. We can become eligible for placements after completion of the 6th semester. Companies like Amazon, Google, service now Uber, Wipro, and Deloitte will visit our campus. I want to pursue Mtech after completing my engineering.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of our college are 130000. If they got any scholarship then students will have zero fees. We can get a scholarship in the 6th semester which will also contain a stipend and also gives intership opportunities.

Campus Life

Our college contains annual fests monthly once. Our college also contains a library and we can take books from Library and we can return them after studying for 15 days. Our college conducts extracurricular activities, and games weekly once. Students will participate and enjoy the campus.

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Students aspiring to pursue education abroad are also provided with guidance and support.

Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

Rishi Campus :- Worth a try

Placement Experience:

Our college has good placement opportunities. We are eligible for campus placements since 3-2 or 4-1. The highest package offered is 14 lakhs and the average package is 4 to 5 lakhs. 85 to 90% students get placements and others are also provided with other opportunities. We have got NAAC and NBA accreditations so we have more scope for placements now. I plan on getting a job and continue my MS.

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very particular in choosing my course ie- computer science engineering. My aim is to become a software engineer, so I was very passionate about the course since my 10th. I find this course is very good but the point is it focuses on all the areas, but for an engineer the main point is computer courses. If this part is focused more then it will be useful.

since vasavi college one of top 5 college is our state, i preferd it and it have an good avg package in my branch comparing it other colleges. i compare my colleage with other in terms if infa structure, support,and our college is transpernet in terms of placement and admissions . and our college wont allowing nri cota so its an merit based college. so in our college students can acuire seat by 2 ways .one is by geting good rank like below 10k in tsemcet or else getting good rank in jee mains. so they will be spot adidmissions also based on jee ranks at end of admisssion. so i got for kmit - csm before getting admission in this college. since vasavi have good infra and palcements i prefered it. yes i got rejections form vnr college. since my rank is little higer than the cut off i got rejected....Read More
