Remarks

Our University is great with a very talented bunch of teachers.The Library has a well-stocked books collections with E-journals, books, thesis of different experts etc.We spent our leisure time in Library reading room where there are all types of newspapers and magazines.

Entrance Preview

Students must have higher secondary certificate qualification with minimum50% marks in science stream.The subjects should be Physics, Maths, Chemistry, Biology or computer science.A Separate entrance is not conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is 4 years.The course of the college is well in sync with Industry requirements.The course is consists of both practical and theory papers.Theory classes held in classrooms and practicals in Lab.

Campus Life

Our University campus is spread over 200 acres.Our University provides an ambience and facilities that are best anywhere in the country and have been a testament to long term commitment to provide an excellent student experience.All the campus has wifi connectivity.There is a well-maintained park in front of the Universiy building.

Hostel Facilities

I stay in a double-bedded room in our boys Hostel.My Hostel fees per semester 55,000.It is no doubt very costly.But we get various facilities also.Like 3 time vegetarian food, wifi, electricity all included in this Hostel fees.We can also use our Hostel gym.

Our team of academicians consists of various professors,educationists,thought leaders and Industry experts, who promotes personal growth to students.They all are very helpful.Our all departmental faculties have the Doctorate degree.Sometimes guest faculties also visit to deliver a lecture.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

Nice college

Placement Experience:

After completing the four-year degree, the college does provide placement, but I don’t know much about it yet because I haven’t seen many companies visiting the college. So far, I’ve only seen four or five companies. There aren’t any major companies coming in. Also, when placements happen, it’s unclear how many students got placed, how many didn’t, what the packages were, or what the highest package was. From what I’ve seen, the placement seems to be average at best.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.

College provide us opportunity to sit in campus placement from 7th semester. There is number of companies visits in college like vipro, redhat,tcs etc. Highest package is 20-25lack per year and average is 5 lakh.my plan is to get directly campus placement.

At JLU if you have deep pockets then you don't have to worry as fees is high and if you can pay that irrespective of your scores you can get admission here.
