When we were in inter some of the members came to our college from University and they said about the university then we were applied for the university and we have written the exam .after the exam completed they wereselected by our exam like fee structure

In our college the faculty were excellent because they have done PhDs and m.sc and lot of other things they were reached very excellent .and our teachers were very talented .but in our college the exam were very strictly to be there we cannot cheat in. The exam also

Coming to the placement of our college it was excellent placement in our college because our placements will be start by third year only and lot of companys comes to our college and they will give chance to states also by the placemnets only

The fee Structure of our college were that would be decided after the exam only if we not write the exam the fee structure was to high and if we wrote the exam the fee structure would be fine like they will be take semister wise.

Campus Life

Due to covid we were not enjoyed to much in college because when we were first year we enjoyed little nit but when we went into second year the lock down was came and we losed all the enjoyment in the college

Hostel Facilities

In our college the hostel facility was very good .because they will be on our wish only like if we want two seater then it will two seater if we want more then it will be more like it depends upon us only

Life at Chandigarh University A CSE Student

Placement Experience:

As a BE Computer Science student at Chandigarh University, placements are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and most of the placement process happens in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies visit the campus every year like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some startups as well. There are a good number of offers made, especially from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Cognizant. The highest package claimed by the university goes very high, even above 40 LPA, but those are for a very small number of students. Realistically, the average package for CSE students is around 5 to 7 LPA. Mass recruiters usually offer packages between 3 to 5 LPA. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed if they are consistent with coding and preparation. Those who depend only on college studies may find it harder due to high competition. The university also provides training for aptitude, coding tests and interviews which helps in preparation. After completing my degree, my plan is to get placed in a good product based company. At the same time, I am also focusing on improving my coding skills and working on projects so that I can aim for better opportunities or even higher studies if needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) I want to go in construction industry so i chose this field. 2) Currently our college curriculum is updated so its relevant i will say around 70 to 80% . 3) For improvement Faculties should be brought from all over india as professors here are only concentrated from ludhiana itself. and labs are very old it should be upgraded. 5) In a semester there are 2 monthly exams and one end semester exam. 6) As far as difficuly level of exam is concerned it is not much difficult if someone solved PYQ thoroughly.

I am interested in computer science so I choose this course to learn programing how the code works in computer. Student ratio is 22 in class. Teacher are well qulified and there teaching method is easy to understand. There two term exam in 6 months and these exam is not difficult

Many students choose these colleges bcz they saw big names on paper like cloud, database, python, java, linux but in reality they dont teach properly after admission many faculties skip practical portion covers only theoritical portion that fells worst to students and after 9am to 5pm classes student feels tired and not able to do self study.
