GLA UNIVERSITY MATHURA

For admission to GLA University, I first went to the local GLA office in my city. There I inquired about the basic requirements and Fee Structure and transport facilities. Thereafter, I gave an entrance exam for admission. The cut-off was around 80%. After clearing the entrance exam, I had to lock my seat for my course of B.TECH CS with an advance amount of Rs25000.After locking my seat, I got the admission letter.The total fees for my course is Rs 1,82,000.I also got 2 scholarships for 85 above percentile in JEE MAINS and 85 above in Class 12th.Also,One can pay the fees in two modes,first,annually and second, on semester basis.Later,had to submit some documents like character certificate, medical,marksheet,adhar card,passport size photo,etc.Within 1 month of entering and studing in the college one had to pay the first half of the fees.The whole process was smooth and good.There came the mid term exams of 30 marks and later end term exams of 50 marks of first sem.

In the first year,there are 2 semesters,In the 2 semester all the branches have to study some basic subjects of all the branches.The faculty here is excellent clearing the basic concepts of class 12th topics and giving attention to all the students.For every subject,there is around 13-15 faculty

The fee for my course is Rs.1,82,000. Excluding the hostel and transport fees. There are 2 scholarships. One for Scoring 85 above percentile in JEE MAINS and 85 above in PCM in class 12th.Both are of Rs 25k annually. The scholarships can be canceled if the student fails to maintain more than 8 CPI in the coming years.

Life at GLA is full of fun & adventures. There are more than 20 clubs both cultural and academic. Students get a lot of exposure being part of various clubs. The environment is also very lively and comfortable. With lots of greenery and good infrastructures and facilities.
