Remarks

Admission is done through reapraj.com, Fill the form there and get admission on the basis of jee main and class 12th marks. Application fee is of 600. No reservations available. Yes, give some reservations to poor background child.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to become an engineer so i opted for Btech Course. At 30 to 35 students 1 teacher is granted as a batch counselor. Most of the faculty is MTech degree holder and PhD qualified. Exams were also conducted on time but due to Covid we got promoted in few semesters. The question level in exams are also moderate.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 93000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for company after entering 4th year. More than 50 companies come in campus for placements including MNC's and startups . Highest package is about 15lacs and average is of 15 lacs. After completing Btech i will opt for jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of per year tuition fee is 93thousand .the hike in fee was done after 1st year for approx. 20 thousand after that till date there is no hike in fees. A reservation of TFWS is provided to students in which the fee is very minimal and students have ease in paying it.

Campus Life

One annual function and pravah fest is organized in college each year with a lots of programs functions sports tournaments etc. Clubs like toastmasters, NSS, robotics are ruined by teacher and student coordinators etc. For students learning and skill development.

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

A complete average College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

A balanced blend of learning , growth , and opportunity at GMEC Ajmer

Placement Experience:

Campus palcements at GMEC Ajmer are quite good, especially foe CSE and core branches. Students become eligible for placement grom the 7th semester, and many companies visted the campus every year. Some of the prominent recruiters includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, capgemini, cognizantand tech mahindra among others. Highest package varies every year (in 2025 it goes to 13 lpa) Average package: Ranges between 3.5 to 5 lpa Approxi,ately 80-85 5 of eligible students got placed, especially those from technical backgrounds with good coding and communication skills. Some students also go for off-campus drives or pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA. As for my plans, after completing the degree, I aim to either get placed in a reputed IT company or pursue higher studies depending on the opportunities available and personal career goals.

Above average college with affordable fee structure

The admission process for SKIT involves REAP(Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) counselling. You can apply for REAP through it's official website. The merit is based on student's JEE rank and 12th aggregate percentage in PCM. The application form fee is merely between Rs. 200-300/- and registeration starts around the month of June each year. REAP is common counselling for colleges under RTU(Rajasthan Technical University) including SKIT. Students not able to get seats through REAP counselling merit, can apply through management quota which consists of roughly 10% of the overall seats for a particular branch....Read More
