Remarks

The progress reports of the students are regularly sent to parents after each sessional examination along with feedback form. The feedbacks obtained are analyzed and appropriate action is initiated to implement the suggestions and their inputs.

Internships Opportunities

College provides internship facility in so many companies like: Ranbaxy, Himalay, Elvina Lab, Astra Zeneca, Beijing Sciecure Phrm. Co. ltd, Neone Lab, Cadila India, Indeco Verna etc.

Placement Experience

Placement facility is good so many companies came to the university and offered such a good package to students. So many students got selected by the companies and earned such a good amount.

So many events are celebrated in our university and university also organized so many seminars by the university.

Campus Life

Campus life is enjoyable university provide Student amenities within the campus are: banks, auditorium, ATMs, Post office, Olympic standard swimming pool, prayer places, indoor and out door stadium, garden with musical fountains, co-op store, book shop, canteens, parlor etc. The campus is wi-fi, eco-friendly being, mobile free, vehicle free and plastic free.

Good for a Govt College, but Needs a lot of improvement in most areas.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MS General Surgery in MMC was supposed to be the best in Karnataka. But overall, it's not comparable to any top colleges of India. Pros : 1. High OPD patient load. Variety of cases seen. 2. Inpatient load is also good. From 50 to 100 cases on an average per week in any unit. 3. Good OT setup and availability of Laparoscopy. 4. Due to PGs in almost all departments, any emergency was attended to faster and was available for on-call consultation. 5. PGs can attend Regular CMEs conducted in and around Mysore. Cons : 1. Academics is decent at best. Regular classes were canceled for almost the entire 2 yrs. 2. No Regular tests or term exams were conducted nor was there any special interest in research. 4. Surgical hands-on training is given only in the last part of the final year if senior staff allow it. 5. No Laparoscopic training was given. Only handling of instruments is learned. 6. Infrastructure and facilities are limited. 7. Thesis and Exam preparation only in the last 3 to 4 months.

Learning with Fun

Remarks:

One of the best Ayurvedic college in India. The biggest campus and library facilities. Can develop the hostel a bit and make sure the food is better. Apart from that there are no other issues from the institution.

How is orthopaedics in KLE Hospital Belagay

Remarks:

All in all, given the current medical scenario it is a good college for Orthopaedics. If you do not get any well known government hospital, I would rather you take this over a state private hospital as they raise a score of problems later on especially with regards to the fees. The academic part is amazing so even though the patient inflow is slightly less it doesn't hurt as much as you are exposed to every kind of case and surgery in the stream which doesn't happen in government hospitals.

there is nothing much to say regarding the college because it has got all the facilities what a students wants , located in one of the beautiful cities bangalore , even canteen was good, faculties were good , college environment was also good.
