The SGV Ayurvedic Medical College, Belgaum, Karnataka, established under the S. N. N. V non-profit organization, aims at imparting quality education in the field of Ayurvedic medicine and care. Students must have passed the two year P.U.C. examination of Karnataka or any other 10+2 examination recognized as equivalent thereto with English as one of the languages and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects with not less than 50% of marks in the aggregate of the relevant science subjects of the second year P.U.C examination of Karnataka or any other 10+2 examination recognized as equivalent are only eligible for admission to BAMS Course. The tuition fee for the BAMS course at S.N.V.V Society’s S.G.V Ayurvedic Medical College, Belgaum, in 2025 is approximately INR 1.53 lakhs under both the State and All-India quotas
