Remarks

I had to take an entrance exam called NEET like all other students in India who wants to get into the MBBS course. The application form for NEET can be found on nta.ac.in the website for Telangana and other state students.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose this course because my family wanted me to become a doctor and I wasn't really interested in any other subjects except this. Every semester in MBBS has 3-4 subjects. There are around 2-4 faculty members for each subject in my college. The faculty members of my college are well qualified. The exam difficult for the 1st semester was relatively easy.

Internships Opportunities

4

The internship is for one year like every other medical college. Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide much information on an internship as I have not reached that stage yet. However, I do know that you will be placed in either of the two hospitals (Esra Hospital and Owaisi Hospital) or both depending on the situation and requirements

Fees and Financial Aid

According to the government, the yearly fees for a private medical college for an "A" category student is 60k. But like every other private medical college in Telangana, they charge extra for stuff such as books, aprons etc raising the price to roughly less than 1 lakh per year. A scholarship of 60000 rupees is available for students who get a seat in the A category

Campus Life

4.5

For the first semester, you'll of course have a Freshers party and White Coat Ceremony. Later on in the semester, you'll have annual fests, sports week etc depending on the college that you are in. Our library is well equipped with all the books that are related to the course We have separate grounds for playing football and a court for playing basketball.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fact that this course provides you a very dignitorial position in society attracts me the most into it. The financial benefits are also quite impressive. The curriculum extending for 5.5 years provides you all the required knowledge to practice as a general doctor in the country. There is a total of 19 subjects for 4.5 years in total. 1 year rotatory internship in various clinical department in affiliated hospital gives you very good clinical exposure also. The internship here is stipended by ?26000-/- per month. Every year mcc is renewing the syllabus according to to demands of indian medical system. Frequency of exams are quite adjustable upto rth year. 4th year is quite hectic and tiring with syllabus.
