Remarks

College management is very good. They are extremely helpful and cooperative and it is one of the best medical colleges in the city. The program fee is very affordable and the college aims for all round development of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum has the standard set by MCI and NTRUHS. The course is for a duration of 4.5 years and the exams are conducted at the end of each year. There are tests and project submissions throughout the year.

Placement Experience

The internship/posting provides a great first hand experience to the students to deal with patients and their issues. The college pays a decent stipend too. The students then have great job opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is around INR 50,000. The fee for the MBBS course is decided by the university and there are no additional charges or fee taken from the students. The fee structure is quite a feasible amount for MBBS students. Hostel room rent is 5000rs for a month.

Campus Life

Our college campus is huge. The college management is quite supportive of extracurricular activities like sports week, and we can have hostel parties, cultural events, academic events, etc. The students organize and participate.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are very good and the room rent is 5000/- a month.The mess food is pretty good. PG students can also takes rooms in our hostel and the food variety is a lot on a daily basis with evening tea and snacks.

Admission

The college takes in admission through the EAMCET entrance exam conducted by the university. The student has to be eligible to take the entrance and he would be if he has graduated 10+2 from the science stream.

Faculty

The faculty of deccan medical college is very good all the good and highly qualified doctors teach us. During the internship period, practicing doctors and surgeons teach us in the teaching hospital which is very useful.

Placement Experience:

The students brag the placements starting from 2nd year, the internships are done from the 1st year of engineering. Many companies visit the campus like ALSTOM, Accenture, Amazon, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Synopsis, Qualcom, VISA, HSBC and many. The highest package is 55 LPA from Google. 70-80% of the students get placed. I got a job and i wish to perfom well in the job as of now.

Generally in our college the training for placement starts from first year itself .they conduct multiple assignment exams which test our intelligence and make us to solve real life problems.We are eligible for placement in the 3rd year itself .The companys are Tata ,delloite, Microsoft, wipro ,google ,cisco ,oracle etc are some of the famous companies that visit our college.Highet package in our college in this year is 54.5 lakhs and offerd by a oracle . percentage of students getting placement are around 70 .My plans after degree is to work for a MNC and get good salary and get a good wife

The students are eligible to attend for campus placements from 6th semester. Campus placements are pretty average around 5 lakhs. If the student fails to place in campus placements they need to try off-campus placements. The highest package here a student has achieved is 64 lakhs, he got placed in amazon in an off-campus placement. The companies which offer campus placements are average. The percentage of students getting placements is around 25 percent. I plan to try both on-campus and off-campus placements after getting my degree.
