Remarks

For admission to this university, you must qualify the jee mains exam. After qualifying, you must participate in the counselling of DTE Haryana whose application form can be found on hstes site. The cut-off for data science was around 40k for the general category.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has high demand so it was wise to choose this course. The number of faculty is less in this college. The faculty to student ratio is around 1:70. Most of the faculty members have either completed their PhD or pursuing them from different institutes. There are two types of exams conducted by the University that are sessionals and end semester exams. Sessionals are held twice while end semester exams are held once a semester.

The overall placement ratio is not much high, but if we talk about CE and Mechanical, then placements are good for them. The average package for CE is around 7 lakhs and for ME it's around 6 lakhs. Some of the companies that visited campus are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, IndiaMART and so on.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of this university is quite less as compared to other universities/colleges which is one of the best things. The scholarship for the needy student is either provided by the Government or the university.

Campus Life

There are many different types of clubs which provide different opportunities to students. Some of the clubs are Vivekanand munch ( the socio-cultural society ), Ananya the debating society, IEEE, Manan and many more. The fest of this university is culmyca , but because of COVID, the fest has not been organized for the last 3 years.

I don't know about placement because my batch is the second batch of btech course but the hod have assured that they will bring companies. In 7th semester students become eligible for placement. The average package you could expect is 300000.

The placement opportunity in my college are quite good and student usually become eligible for the campus placement for 16 and seven semester, depending on the course number of recruitment, companies of the IT finance, consulting and the core industry, visit the campus, each year, student companies in for TCS et cetera, et cetera, the highest package offer is the quite impressive and average package a decent and the comparative compare to the other college and the region. Placement Experience:

The thing about my course placement is that my batch is second batch so no batch have been passed out and placed in btech but the dean have assured us about the placement as they have bought companies for others courses so they will surely bring for btech also that's what they said. The companies will mostly nearby to dpg degree college. And the average package will maybe 3 lakh per annum.

Good value for money government college located in Faridabad , haryana .

You can take admission through jee main performance through online and offline modes of counseling, which you can also get admission in this Btech at this college after your diploma (LEET). For online rounds, you have to register on the HSTES site while for offline rounds you can fill out the application form available at the university's official website, registration fees are very nominal and vary year on year. College offers several reservation quotas, Majorly it has an 85% state quota (Haryana students) while 15% is open having no reservation. Inside 85% state quota, there are several category reservations like OBC, ST, SC, TFW, EX-SERVICEMEN, EWS, etc., You must update about form filling after giving jee exams and online and offline forms are filled separately....Read More
