Remarks

First of all one have to appear for NEET-UG. They have to score above cutoff marks to be eligible for admission. State governments conduct counseling at the state level for an 85% state quota. The application form for admission is available at the college itself. I belong to the general category so I have not available any reservations. Reservation is given to the students belonging to the sc, st, obc, category.

Course Curriculum Overview

I joined this course because I want to be a good surgeon. My class has around 150 students. The students' faculty ratio is around 30:1. All the faculty are passed out doctors, they teach us everything in the projector. Clinical classes are taken in the hospital. Semester exams are conducted every 3 months and the University conducts professional mbbs exams during March.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Admission fees are around 30k. Mess dues every month are around 3k. The cost of books is around 20k. The cost of the uniform is around 10k. Overall total fees are feasible. We do get scholarship worth 40k every year. Also, students get a stipend of Rs 30k per month during the internship period.

Campus Life

Annual fest is conducted during the month of November every year. Students union conduct College week during which they organise various competitions like sports , songs etc. All the books are easily available in the library. Library is situated in the peaceful place. Many student are involved in the organisation like NMO.

Hostel Facilities

The rooms provided in the hostel are very clean. Electricity is available 24 hours a day. We have both a single and double bedrooms. The meal is provided 3 times a day. Registration for a hostel is done on the administrative block. Nearby PG and rented rooms are easily available but have to pay any fees.

Hostel Fee: INR 23000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very comprehensive and relevant for exams but not for real world applications. I feel let the parts of body I was specially fascinating so I like anatomy very much and we also got a very good teacher, the curriculum is very good for examinations however the real wall applications of this curriculum is very little, they should be more real life applications and whatever the latest technology than studies are happening the student should get the latest info about them, timing between two exams in an internal semester should be a little more such as a day or two because we do not get time to prepare the subjects curriculum very well for the examination.
