Remarks
After doing my graduation in Manufacturing Engineering, I decided to do it further and establish my career in it. I wanted to get into an IIT in order to do my master's, so I started to work hard during my bachelor's and took some guidance from online videos. After a long preparation of two years, I sat for JEE and GATE and cracked both of them. I got selected at this institute and opted to do M.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering. My college is one of the best colleges in the nation.
Entrance Preview
GATE and JEE (Mains and Advanced) were the two exams given by me. I scored well in both of them and got selected at two IITs, out of which I selected this one. I submitted my academic transcripts (class 12th scorecard, graduation degree, JEE, and GATE score), financial documents, and identity proof for verification.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course curriculum was wide with all the important topics related to manufacturing, and all other topics. My faculty members were skilled and experienced. They interacted well with us and made us understand the topics. They also told us about the career prospects after completing this degree.
Placement Experience
Many companies visited my college during the placement drive and they offered lucrative packages to the eligible ones. There were also companies like DRDO and ISRO, who offered an average salary of ₹11,00,000. I got placed at ISRO with a package of ₹25,00,000. Other than the visiting companies, my college’s placement cell also helps to seek a good placement.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My program’s duration was two years and the total fee of my program was nearly ₹68,0000. My books and other study materials cost me about ₹5,000 per year. The annual fee of my program was about ₹34,000. I was not offered any scholarship and paid the fee in installments.
Campus Life
Life at the campus was average and most of the time was spent in the classroom. Some seminars and international meets were organized. We also connected with professors globally through webinars. An annual fest was also held. The library of my college was pretty huge and had books of different genres.
