Remarks

To get admission you should have atleast 60% in 12 boards. You can find the application forms online on the college site as well as through newspaper columns and can contact GLA directly. I think the admission process is very transparent and easy so it does need not be changed.

I have keen interest in computers since my school days that's why I opted this. The faculty is very supportive, you can even clear your doubts at any time. The student ratio is well balanced. In a semester there are module tests once and then semester exams.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies give internship opportunities like Gemini Solutions, Morr, Spinny, and Springworks and also pay handsome amounts during the internship period. You should have atleast one project done by you and be clear with basic knowledge of your subjects to get an internship.

Placement Experience

Placements are pretty good as compared to other private colleges. The average package is 6.5 LPA. From 5 semester companies starts visiting the college and students start getting placement in the same time. Numerous companies come so no need to worry about placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

First semester fees is 1.5 lac and then fees increases 3000 per year. College provides various opportunities for scholarships also they have their own IOT, ML center there you can perform tasks and learn many things while in summer break also.

Campus Life

There are many clubs like ABACUS for CSE students, ASME for ME students, NINAD for music students. Also they arrange many hackathons and you can win cash prizes as well as certificates also. Guest lectures are also arranged for the students.

Hostel Facilities

The rooms are spacious. You can use anything in the rooms. Also, the food quality is so good unlike from other colleges. Warden, Mess Staff are very cooperative, on some days they can cook you anything that you want to eat.

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
