MNNIT is one of the top NITs in North.

Need to qualify Jee mains with AIR under 3000 also above 75% in 12th boards ( we didn't have this criterion due to pandemic) for CSE branch. JEE Main application forms are released by NTA and exams are also conducted by NTA.

This course has very scope in future. The faculties are highly qualified and knowledgeable and very helpful in each and every aspect. But some are quite opposite. The teaching method is also very good. There are midsems and endsems and the level of the paper is quite tough to score a decent grade.

Companies visiting our college for internships include oracle, Google, Microsoft, JPMC, Morgan Stanley, Amazon and many more. Stipends range from company to company and are decent. Almost 60-70% of students in CS IT gets internship offers.

After the 4th sem companies start visiting our college to offer internships to students. If they perform well in internships they may get PPO and placements are very good, especially in CSE IT departments. The highest package of 2022 was 1.16 Cr Per annum and an average of 2021 was 19 LPA with a 95.8% placement percentage.

There's no fees hike policy and all the semesters have equal fees. Tuition fee 81500, Mess fee 15000, Hostel fee 12000 per semester for the general category above 8, 5 lac income. You get a fee waiver on basis of your family's income if it is less than 5 LPA.

Our annual cultural festival is CULRAV which is the most-awaited and exciting event of the college. It generally takes place in march-apr. Talking about tech events there comes AVISHKAAR in which students from all colleges can take part and it is conducted on a great level. Classrooms and Libraries are well furnished and almost all books and newspapers are available. Sports culture of MNNIT is also very good. There is Student Mentorship Program which is run by students for students and many more.

Hostels for 1st years are very spacious and well furnished and comfortable. The academic buildings and departments are not too far from the hostel. Mess food is okay but gets boring after a few weeks. Hostel for 2nd and 3rd year is not so good and a little far from department buildings.
