Remarks

I was excited to keep in view the current global corporate needs and the application of managerial knowledge towards better decision-making, and problem-solving through my program. I was required to submit my CAT score of 94, a personal interview, and my work experience of around two years along with my application form. The documents required were my official transcripts, letters of recommendation, and an essay.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my program, I was involved with in-depth research work in the different functional areas of management. My broad areas of learning included Financial Management, Information Systems, Data Science, Knowledge Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management. My professors were highly qualified holding doctorate degrees and helping me to push my boundaries. The experiential learning enabled me to apply what I had learned through lectures, labs, assignments, and projects to a variety of rich experiences outside the classroom.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities offered by my university were really helpful. Some of the leading employers included Natwest, EY, Infosys, HCL, Cognizant, Jio, Ajio, IFCO, BNY Mellon, Deloitte, and United Spirits. The average packages offered to my graduates were around Rs.15,00,000.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My tuition and fees expenses were around Rs.15,00,000. My books and supplies expenses were around Rs.1,00,000, including my personal expenses.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had applied for a fellowship along with the submission of my application form and documents. I was offered a Fellowship in line with the Institute norms. The aid really helped me to cover my tuition expenses.

Campus Life

Some of the clubs at my university included Vittarth, the finance club of DoMS, which aims to promote financial awareness, and provides a platform for like-minded finance enthusiasts. The MarkIIT club is active in consolidating large-scale events but also lays impetus on peer-to-peer knowledge sessions that include discussions. The Business Management Analytics club provides a platform for students and researchers interested in data science. Thus there were tremendous options available at my university to enjoy every day along with my studies.

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

I didnt applied for any other colleges other than some iits which were iit bombay, kanpur, roorkee, guwahati. Just these four and nothing because i got a decent rank in JEE Adv 2025. No i didnt get rejection from any college with my rank in jee main and advanced 2025 The admission process is straight like 1) JEE main 2) JEE Advanced 3) Josaa counselling Cutoff for top seven iits is higher than all other iits neans that you cant get into top seven just by qualifying jee advanced, you must have a good rank....Read More

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

I took part in jossa councelling and got it . I was happy with any of seven old iits . In better way , i would be happy in going any top iit. Moreover i choose it because of it's weather and location. Rest all things are similar to all top iits. Nothing is less in iit roorkee. You have to give jee main then jee advanced. IIT ROORKEE in a nut-shell

As we know IIT ROORKEE is one of the oldest engineering college in while asia and has a very good alumini connection and placement record so i chose it and it is also closer to my home.
