B.Tech with Computer Science is nowadays is in trend. Everyone wants to become an engineer and also they have coding skills. There are more than 12000 students are there at GLA University studying different courses.

So as I listen from my Seniors college provide placements in 6th or 7th sem, master, The highest package is 32 lakh per annum and the average is 5.6 lakh per annum. Hundreds of company provide placements to their gla students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the B.tech with Computer Science and Engineering is 168000. The scholarship is also provided to the students who get top rank in Joint Entrance Exam JEE and who are top in class 12 Board. For four years of BTech it costs around 12 lakh including hostel and mess fees.

Campus Life

The campus life was very good as there are more than 12 clubs on the university campus to provide all the facilities to the students. Also, there is a big library called Central Library in the main academic building.

The hostel facilities is very good as university provides several different types of rooms like AC or non AC rooms and also there is a WING Hostel in the campus . Food quality was also good different types of meals provided according to the students need.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Reality of Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
