Through my MBA program, I was aiming to train myself to become a leading manager. I had to fill out an application form and my application fee was around Rs.1600. The documents required were my official transcripts, CAT score, an interview, and two letters of reference. I was mesmerized to be a part of my university as it was among the top universities in the world.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was provided a well-rounded learning experience in terms of management theory and actual practice. My program involves classroom teaching, case discussions, hands-on management internship in the industry, and project work. The student-faculty ratio at my university was 12:1. My professors were highly qualified holding top-level degrees in their fields.
Placement Experience
My college’s fully staffed Career Management Center, helped me to prepare for and seek internships, as well as post-graduation employment. Further graduates of my university were placed in top universities including Cisco, IBM, Wipro, Dell, Accenture, Titan, Google, and Amazon, offering attractive packages.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My tuition and fees expenses were around Rs.9,00,000.My books and supplies expenses were around Rs.50,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
I was offered an Institute Merit-cumMeans Scholarship, which helped me to cover around 67% of my Tuition fee. I had to apply for my scholarship during my admission process itself through a form.
Campus Life
My university let me pursue activities such as fine arts, vocal and instrumental music, choreography, and dramatics. With training from a set of highly qualified instructors, I could hone my skills in various art forms while meeting curricular requirements. The cultural sphere in IITM is vibrant with a multitude of student clubs, regional groups, inter-hostel competitions, and other events, as well as the Institute’s cultural grand fest Saarang.
