B.TECH is a descent course with good career value in sharda.

Eligibility of the course is that the candidate must pass 12th class from non-medical branch with maths as a mandatory subject. I visited the college to get the details regarding the admission cell and they were very helpful and guided me well. I had no reservation benefits as I belong to the general category. The admission process is smooth and there is no improvement needed.

I wanted to be a civil engineer, so I decided to take admission to this university in BTECH (CIVIL). We had different faculties for different subjects and 1 lab attendant for every lab was also available along with the faculty. All the teachers had Masters degrees in particular subjects that they were teaching with proficient teaching skills. But there were no special doubt classes for clearing our doubts. Also, the faculties were busy as they had continuous lectures and labs, they were not able to help us other than the class timings. there are 8 semesters in the Btech course, so there were exams every semester. If the student fails the exam, he has to clear the exam again by reappearing in the exam. Also, we had midterm exams after the end of one month of every semester, which we have to pass with good marks to score good internal marks during practicals. After the exams, we have the practicals with a minimum of 5 lab practicals each semester. Lab practicals were performed under HOD sir supervision.

Companies start to visit the campus from the 7th semester. Students who get the offer can give interviews for other companies too and can choose the best suitable package and location when they got selected.

When I take admitted to Sharda University in 2015, the fees was 1,45,000 per year. Ans i was living in hostel with Non AC Room, my total expense was 2,20,000 per year. The fee was fixed and there was no hike in academic fees but there was hike in hostel fee per year.

Annual fest CHORUS happens every year in our university. It was a 3 days fest, which is conducted in the month of November. There are two libraries in college and a whole lot of books are available regarding every subject that is taught in college and literature.

I lived in Non AC Room with one roommate. The room was affordable and was quite economical as compared to PG's outside the college. Food was good in the mess and the mess kitchen workers maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
