- All teachers here are over qualified as for UG, Sharda University has PhD faculties.
- Our university management is the best thing I have ever come across in my life.

Dislikes
- Fees is high for a student of middle class family as even hostels are quite expensive and so I have opted out of it and have taken a PG.
Course Curriculum Overview
Sharea University is one of the most renowned pedigree in engineering and the class that it has is also extraordinary. Our IT engineering is equivalent or in other words at par with CSE as some subjects are similar. Joint sessions not just in seminars and guest lectures with CSE students often happen and IT students here are also considered as good as CSE.
Internships Opportunities
Polaris, Honeywell and some others are where I have seen students of our college interning. Everyone gets internships opportunities from 4th semester and we have been promised that companies will start coming out way for the same the next month. I hope I grab one as university presents us the same orders.
Placement Experience
Campus placement begins here with students being eligible for the same once they are in final year. For IT engineers IT companies or the companies which want to infuse tech in their business are the ones who opt us for the same. It's a beautiful college and the prime reason for that is that university has taken account of its placements seriously.
Fees and Financial Aid
Initially I thought I will choose commerce and had admission in DU too. However, Engineering was my destiny and therefore I took admission in SET of Sharda University. Sharda School of Engineering and Technology in IT. The fees I have paid is 2.5 lakhs this year and last year it was 2.35 lakhs and in final year it is going to be 2.7 lakhs.
Campus Life
With a campus of 60 acres and having top level classrooms, libraries and a very lavish hostel facilities. Ofcourse the university charges a bomb for that but for those who can afford can have the time of their lives. The lawns of the university are sprawling and they are the ones where our annual event Chorus is held.
Admission
Well AKTU entrance and JEE scores both are taken into account for admission in Sharda University school of Engineering and Technology. Not many toppers or high ranked as students in mid thousands too have chance to showcase here as rankers as high as 40k or so are also accepted here.
Faculty
Sharda University and for Engineering school faculties are definitely too high for qualification. I have never seen so many PhD faculties in my life at one place but Sharda University has that. PhD is one thing but then there ways of teaching and the pass on the information that they have is other and they pass on all that they have in them.
Night Life
Sharda University is in Noida and on the highway which has many food outlets and malls around it. Road side food vendors are in large chunk and that is where most students are seen after college ends. The Grand India amusement park is my favourite place to hangout and once in a semester we do go there.
