SMU distance programs are considered to among the best distance learning MBAs because of the virtual classrooms and online lectures.

I have done MBA IT from SMU and got A grade. I have opted it because it was a well known university for distance learning.

The course structure is good. I have done MBA in information systems. It was divided in four semesters. Per semester duration was 6 months which means the course duration is 2 years but there is extra one year duration in case you can not clear your exams in 2 years.

No. As i have mentioned earlier that it is distance learning program they do not provide internship as far as I know.

Yes SMU provides placement and job opportunities. Students were allowed to apply for any numbers of companies that come in for campus. Students were notified before the list of companies visiting. A lot of companies visited for placements. Wipro 15k-20,Accenture 20k,Birlasoft 11k.

MBA in distance education is not very expensive. Therefore student who is having some financial difficulties can also opt for distance education for their good future. If you talk about fees for MBA then I would say that it is just similar to graduation level fees. It is around 56000 for complete course. I used to pay 13500 per semester. To get proper knowledge on fees structure,you can visit the university campus.

There is a scheme in Sikkim Manipal University which is called Sikkim University NSS (National Service Scheme) Cell. The Cell organizes atleast two programmes in a year i.e., orientation, personality development workshops, blood donation camp, plantation programme, shramdaan etc.

I am sharing my experience with my semester seniors. They were very co-operative. Whenever I need help in any project or subject they elaborate very well. They shared their notes and explain it very well. Thanks to them.

The University has been progressively upgrading systems of student assessment. The exam structure of SMU is very good. They provide online exam method. There are generally optical questions. SMU DE exams are multiple choice question The question paper includes 75 questions. You have to do all questions.

Let's talk about faculities of SMU. The faculties in SMU were highly qualified. They were very supportive. They guided me very well. Let me tell you one thing that SMU provides online study materials and classes too. I have not faced any problem during my MBA IT course.
