JNTUH Review

I was not able to get a seat for my interested program in IIT Bombay and IIT Hyderabad as the seats were filled so I applied for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) and I did not regret my decision the college is very good and a very nice option if we are unable to make into any IIT the college faculty is awesome and the college also has some world-class facilities. I have to fill the admission form from the college website and was shortlisted on my academics and GATE score. so I was invited for GD and PI round which I cleared successfully and I got into JNTUH.

The curriculum of the college is very deep and it strictly follows industrial regulations. The curriculum is designed in a way that all the engineering concepts are cleared to us plus some management knowledge is also provided to us so that we can easily make it into the corporate world. The faculty of the college is highly experienced and expert in their respective fields. The faculty have completed their PhD program from the top college of India and their research work is published in many international journals. The faculty work as the guiding force and help us to understand all the concepts and fundamentals easily.

The college internship program is very well designed and we can take part in the college internship program at the end of our first year. Around 45+ companies take part in the college internship program and the average stipend for internships is around 65k.

The college provides very good placement offers and the college is able to maintain a record of 100% placement. The college placements offers are very good in comparison to many colleges as the highest salary offer of the college is around 47 LPA and the average salary offer is around 18 LPA. CommVault, Amazon, Invesco, Mathworks, Darwin Box, Oracle, ION trading, TCS, Microsoft, Google are the top recruiters of the college.

The college has some scholarship programs and provides scholarships through such schemes as Fee Reimbursement (State Govt. Income) (BC, EBC, SC, ST, MW & Disabled Welfares) TS & A.P Govt, GATE Stipend (Central Govt. AICTE), CSSS (Central Govt. New Delhi) (Central Sector Scholarship based on I.P Merit-Board of Intermediate), Singareni collieries company limited (State Govt. Employees) and to know about the eligibility of scholarship schemes one can log into the college official website.

The college is very good and the college infra is well managed and well maintained. The college classrooms are very well designed they have proper ventilation and equipped with digital board and computer system. The college library is the house of many academic and non-academics and many bestsellers authors' self-help books are also available. The college has sports facilities like badminton, basketball, volleyball court and many more. The college seniors are very friendly and the staff is very professional.

The hostel has facilities like laundry, 24 hours power and water supply, WiFi facility and 24 hours of medical assistance if needed. The hostel rooms are fully furnished. The mess food is good and healthy. The hostel wardens are very professional and the hostel staff is very well trained. The hostel security is very good. The hostel bathrooms are also cleaned on regular basis.
