Remarks :

Since this was relatively a new college, all the staffs and management were so co-operative and helpful. I would recommend this college to most of my friends and relatives.

Entrance Preview :

Based on my pre-degree marks, I got admission in this college for B.Sc Physics course. This course is having subsidiaries Electronics and Mathematics which was very rare under Physics main. The reputation of this college is good in those days.

Internships Opportunities :

This is one of the things which need improvement. As this is a BSc course, there was no general stipend or any campus selection. But most of the students got admission to the higher eduction like MSc, MCA etc as the quality of this course was really good and the students were able to make high grades.

Placement Experience :

As I mentioned in the above section, there was no placements and job opportunities offered. But most of the students were able to thru higher education courses like M.Sc and MCA.

College Events :

We had enough college events like annual sports day, annual arts day, youth festival, talent time etc. There was seminars from outside lecturers and some personality development courses like inter personal communication etc conducted as part of the degree association.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure was nominal. It was about 3000/- per year including the exam fee. This needs to be given at the start of each academic year. There are no extra charges for the labs or any other extra curricular activities.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Loan facility was available to the students coming under poor category. For the students who come first in the course and the subjects, the management was giving rewards in the form of cash and other gifts.

Campus Life :

One of the best things about this college is the politics free campus. There was no political parties or such elections in this college. The library is very good and it has many technical and non-technical books. The extracurricular activities like sports (cricket, football, badminton, basketball etc) and indoor games (chess, caroms etc) are arranged. The quality of the masters teach these are very good.

Hostel Facilities :

There was hostel facilities for the distant students and the mess food were average. The fee was nominal and the mess food quality was just average.

Alumni/Alumna :

There is no official alumni network. But most of the batches have a facebook/whatapp group of their own. We conduct get-together and meet each other frequently.

Exam Structure :

The exam structure is as part of the curricula given by the University, The exam is usually once in a year at the end of each academic year. The exams are conducted by the university directly. There are Lab exams and viva for the subjects Physics and Electronics.

Faculty :

Ours was the second batch in this college for BSc Physics. The faculty was very good with a few dedicated lecturers and a few guest faculty teachers. One of the best thing about this college is the lab. Since this course is very new, we could have the best of the lab facilities and apparatus. The attenders in the lab are also very well behaving and co-operative.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If we talk about curriculum, it is pretty much good. It includes things that should be brought in front of students and that help to improve the student's basic knowledge of these topics. From this year onwards the usual 3 year degree has changed and now it is four years with an honors degree.
