Remarks

The admission process was very easy. MHT-CET is the entrance exam required for taking admission. If you want to give this entrance exam then all exam related details are available on the CET exam portal. Cut off for this entrance exam is varies year by year. At that time, when I took admission in 2017 the cut off was 55 percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose this course because I have a special interest in this course. I can quickly understand concepts related to this course. The course curriculum was easy to understand and learn. The faculty: student ratio was 1:15. The faculty in college was highly educated and their teaching method is very good and helpful. After every 6 months, the seminar exam was taking place and the difficulty level of the exam was medium.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There are not so many internship opportunities available in my college. There are few companies that offered roles under internship such as JCB, BOSCH etc. They offer roles such as quality engineer, maintenance engineer design engineer with monthly stipend around 10000-12000.

Placement Experience

3.5

College placements in my college were below average and not so much good. From the 6th semester, you are eligible for campus placements. There are some companies that were visited in my college when I was in the 3rd semester such as L&T, JCB, BOSCH etc. But no. offer made by them were very less. The highest and lowest package offer was 2.7 Lakh and 1.5 Lakh respectively. There were about 8-12% of students were placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee of this course was 42000. You can pay this course fee in 3-4 instalments. College does not take any extra expenses on this course. You can get the opportunity of scholarship based on your performance. I did not place through campus placements because of the covid situation.

Campus Life

4.5

College life and infrastructure was very good. There are many fests that took place in the month of January where you can show your skills. There are a lot of helpful books and journals available in the library where you can get more knowledge. Also, there are many sports and extracurricular activities that occurred in January. The college encourages students to take part in extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
