Entrance Preview

AIEEE, I opt for the college as my score matched the cut off list. Also the placement dept looks promising. My score was average.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum was good but duting my time there was less practical knowledge. Hardly students knew the practicals. Eg - IT students hardly had any knowledge about various languages.B.Tech Students passed out 2 years earlier became our proffesors. I personally feel practical assessments should be introduced more.

Placement Experience

Placements was not good. Package used to be like 6k per month sort of Hardly 1 or 2 MNC Came.And since we did not had any praftical knowledge we cud not qualify.

Exam Structure

Exam Structure was from PTU. The toppers also failed. There is no step marking. People who hardly had practical knowledge used to score more coz they can mug up. Learn, not understand.

As mentioned above. My faculty had mostly b.tech passed out professor who hardly had any experience. It was totally theoretical studies. Nothing Practical.The saddest part is they did not had exposure of the Subject they are teaching due to which we hardly had knowledge about the options that will help us choose our career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . The frequency and timing of the exam goes like the college conducts two internal exams for the internal marks known as MST and one final exam and the difficulty level is medium

after 3rd year or maybe in 6th semester many companies visited and very few visited both happens maintain your cgpa make your cgpa above 8 might be difficult but you might get adv highest or average doesnt matter then see how much package you getmaintain cgpa fill out the placement form also they charge 9000 in third year for your placement and dcpd trainign maybe - 50 percent placed well placement is poor after degree - internships job

Did some research and found that AI/Ml is quite popular around the globe and saw alot of future opportunity in this field. The msts were of 40 marks each with 60 mins to complete the exam and finals were of 60 marks with 3 hrs time limit. However student were allowed to leave the hall once half time is over.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.
