Remarks
Good thing is they have all the facilities. Campus placement should be improved. College lies in shimoga,a superb place for tourist attraction. College has grown a lot in these years. It all depends upon you. College is place where you will meet lifeime friends and i would like to say this is a good college. Give it a try.
Entrance Preview
I took CET Exam and scored 10k rank. Since the college is in my home town i opted for this college. College was new when i opted for it. I tried for giving a try for this new college.
Course Curriculum Overview
When i was there in college Faculty was not up to the mark. Curiculum is good as it is general. Faculty might be good now since the college has grown after these many years.
Internships Opportunities
Only 2 companies came when i was there in the college. None of them offered internship at that time. Both the companies offered direct job opportunity.
Placement Experience
In my branch 6 of us were placed out of 60 members. Two companies came when we were there. Since the college was new we didn't get many companies for placement.
College Events
For the first two years there were small events palnned within our college. From 3rd year college fests were planned and carried out successfully. Only cultural events were planned.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure varies from college to college. The fee structure in our college was Feasible. Since it was my hometown i had not to worry about hostel charges.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are given for all the eligible students. You have to pay the fee for the particular year and next year that fee will be paid to you.
Campus Life
Campus is awesome. If you areva sport enthusiast then you will be thrilled after seeing the campus. It has all the facilities like cricket ground,basketball,football and even tennis courts.
Hostel Facilities
As i have seen from outside and heard from friends college hostel facility was average. Food quality was average and quantity was good. Facilities were average and Mess food can be improved.
Alumni/Alumna
We have alumini facilities. But it's not like alumini will be held every year. But it will be held once in 3 or 5 years. Since all of us are busy alumini can't be held every year.
Exam Structure
Exams were not under college management. Since it is a VTU university. all the exams were carried out according VTU. Lab exams were plananed in such a way that we get time to prepare for the exams.
