Lokesh Sanapalli's Review On Rajiv Gandhi University Of Knowledge Technologies -[RGUKT], Nuzvid

I got selected on the basis of SSC marks. I got 92 percent in my ssc and stood as mandal second topper. Our college is founded by our beloved late CM rajasekhar reddy. I get to know about this in my 9th class by my father and targeted from the beginning of my SSC and achieved it.

Course curriculum is 6 year integrated which includes PUC(Pre University Course) and B.Tech. PUC is based on NCERT syllabus which have 5 semesters and it is common for all students.

There are many companies came for internship opportunities. The most famous is CyberEye Labs, Inc. which is a network security firm gave 20k per month. HCL,TCS,Infosys there are many companies came. Apart from private firms, WALMATARI(government irrigation department),ECIL,RCI,BSNL many government departments also came for interns.

Coming to placements, These are the companies with packages came to our college. TechMahindra (3.5), TCS(3.25), Capgemini(3.25), Infosys(3.25), Wipro(3.25), Osmosis(3.25), Uurmi(3.25), ThoughtWorks(6.3), ADP (5.6), CyberEye(8.2).

There is a fest called Cygnus which occur every year from 2012. Apart from this, TechZite which includes technical events, departmental events. This became very famous by inviting outside people.

I am proud to be told that we don't have to pay fee. It is by our government and government will look over it. We all get 40,000 as scholarship, and the fee structure is 30,000 for academics and 10,000 for food and accommodation.

We all get E-Pass scholarship which is offered by Andhra Pradesh Government. In this, we all get up to 40,000 per year based on the reservation category.

I have really enjoyed my campus life to the core. Gender ratio is 1:1, per each classroom there are 30 boys and 30 girls, hostel parties are celebrated by boys separately and girls separately. We have SDCAC as our cultural society. There is a committee for displinary actions. There are no discrimination about politics, economical status and religion. We have EAA as our Extra Curricular Activities committee which includes sports,competitions and debates.
