Entrance Preview

There no specific exam for taking admissions for B.com. It solely depends on your percentage and the cutt-off percentage of the college.Hence the students are choosed on that basis.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is pretty good to learn, but too boring as well. It has no adventure or trip relating to the subjects.Its just study from books with that black old boring handwriting.

Internships Opportunities

We dont have the internship term for B.com in our college.It does apply for Bcom, baf & etc. Good reputed companies do hire them depending on thier performance ad interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

Theres no specific loan facility that i am aware about. I aware about any scholarships as well. It may persist but it is something never initiated to us.

Campus Life

Labs, sports, robotics, debates do form part of our college in a very amazing manner. It makes all the students aware about the recent issues going on.The youth of today and brings out the creativity in every child individually.Some students don't even realize their talents until they reach here, so it is obviously a good part.

Faculty

The faculty of this college is average. Some teachers are really good and helpful during exams and vivas. While others are the really 'khadus' ones who are looking all the time to fire a student.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are decent but not very high. students usually become eligible from the final year and few companies visit for roles like accounting assistant, sales, customer service. The average package is usually around Rs.2LPA-Rs.3LPA.

Due to NEP the course has been more developed to the students and teachers also explain the topocs to us very clearly and the thing should be change that the timing of the paper are at morning time which is at 7:30am it should be 10 or 10:30 because this time the students get late to the paper and didnt get time to prep.

There are no campus placements offered in my college. The placements after completinh the course are great About 80% of students are placed. The highest package offered/expected for bcom course at this college is 5 6 lpa, About 90% of the students get internships easily with this course at the position of bank accountants etc.

Placement Experience:

De Shaw, and Bain Capital are among the biggest companies and lighter companies are also many. Visa and all are also there which are rare otherwise. For b.com though 30-40k is what is offered but I feel it's fair enough.

Mithibai College of Arts is Music to ears!!

Placement Experience:

Placements society of college is just a decade old and still top companies like Zues Capital, Barclays, and Icici bank are among the top colleges that have become a part of ecosystem where 30-40 students is what each companies hires every year. Not many though as too many sections and 500+ students means getting placed even half the students can be a task where Mithibai placement percentage is 60 odd percentage.

Never come to mks

I wanted Mks college because I live in Andheri, so it's quite near to me, but I would tell you to choose Bhavan's over Mks MKS doesn't have AC nor they have clean toilets nor a good canteen. Nor good teachers, nor good campus. admission process is very smooth because they want you to get in the college. They will be sweet and polite to you. Then they'll treat you as if you are criminals again. Also, there is no Xerox shop nearby, so you have to go far for Xerox....Read More
