Remarks
Due to COVID, there isn't any entrance exam. But on other days there is an entrance exam that consists of : -logical reasoning, -verbal reasoning, -mathematics(intermediate level). Eligibility: I.sc with maths and English. The application form can be found on the official website of sxcran. The application fee is around 1000 rupees.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good but you won't get introduced to the latest technologies. Professors are also good in their subjects, you won't be having any issue with the course. The teaching method is also good, lab visits are also frequent.
Internships Opportunities
For internships there are few opportunities, those are available publicly but by applying through college you get a referral from the placement officer, so the chances of getting selected get high. Most of them are of performance based stipend or no stipend.
Placement Experience
There are a lot of companies that come for on-campus placements. Companies like-Infosys, TCS, Wipro, sap scholar, cognizant, Capgemini, LTI, etc come to hire freshers from many streams. About 95% of the students get placed every year others opt for offcampus or go on their own. After getting the degree I'm going to have a job.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is around 52000 for the session 2019-2022, you can pay in instalments by giving an application to the principal. The scholarship is provided by the government of Jharkhand (e-Kalyan). A lot of placement opportunities come to the college.
Campus Life
Campus Life is full of fun, it has a huge playground, 3 cafeterias, games room, resting places are all over the campus. It has a good and green environment, trees are everywhere. There are also so many social groups and creative groups.
