Eligiblity for Appling in our college is with maths and physics it is one of the most prestigiouscollege of jharkhand and the soundingsis too Good . Professor are excellent they always help us and whatever be the situation lots of support you will get from HOD sir one of the best HOD. Form is available on www.sxcran.org website. If you are from ST and SC student you will the priority. I want to change some courses that we need to be placed in our paper .

I have an interest in the computer so I choose the b.sc It and the faculty members and too good the surrounding we will get I don't think it is possible to get anywhere in jharkhand .seniors are also supportive and lot of help we get from them

Our placement is too Good lots of companies visit in our campus such as Delloite, wipro ,tcs ,LTI,capgimini and many more to come. In our branch 70% placement was made till know .our average packages is 3.89LPA AND MAXIMUM packages is 4LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

Our one-year fee is 54000 but if you are st/sc/obc then your fee is 46000. So the total fee is 160000. Examination fee is also 700 /per semester. If you are from ST SC and OBC you will get the scholarship from jharkhand you may apply for eklayan

Campus Life

We have an annual fest name Xavier Utsav and departments have their fest just like rang Manch by Hindi department and NSS unit of SXC. we have a central library in our college with lots of novels, friction and coursebook and the library we have read books environment is too good.in the classroom, we have a digital board. We have lots of clubs they are rotract club , Nss unit NCC.

Like everyone knows in which carriculum they are interested ,similarly i know i have a keen interest in my subject i.e. physics . We can't see physics as a theoretical and mathematical aspect but in our daily Life we use to experienc it . Like if something is fell down there is a reason behind that is gravity .we use to experience physics in our daily life . Some teacher use to make us feel for that subject but someone make us bore sometime. It happens rarely but sometime it happens. So i suggest them to change some activity Like teach with more energyso tha we can't get bored. Sometime we get very lengthy paper in the exams so everyone have to prepare before the examination with high speed.

A Transformative Journey : My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.

My Low Budget College life in Master at St. Xavier's College Ranchi

I choose St. Xavier's College college over any other college because of it's name (brand) plus it does regular classes and completes it's syllabus on time compared to other colleges who doesn't provide regular classes and never completes their syllabus never on time is a different matter but the whole syllabus never gets covered and most of it is left out. I am comparing it to the Ranchi College, ranchi which is under Ranchi University name as it never does regular classes and never completes it syllabus, it has no proper faculties for each subject, don't do any other extra curriculum activities hardly ever does any practical classes plus there is no internship opportunities....Read More

The best collage in ranchi

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree.
