Entrance Preview

I took COMEDK entrance exam in which I got 18056 rank. I opted this college because it was very old and good college, placement rates are high.

Course Curriculum Overview

In each sem there are 6 subjects & based on these subjects 2 labs are there so, in 6, 7&8 there are 2 elective subject.in which student need to decide which subject he is interested.

Internships Opportunities

College send us for various internship program & even students get recommendations from college & join internship programs, they didn't offered any stipends.

Placement Experience

More than 80% students got placed each year in our college, company like tcs, tech mahindra, mindtree, manhattan associates used to visit our college.

College Events

Our college used to celebrate freshers day for all the freshers who joins the college, ethnic day to represent ethnic of our country, annual function, fashion show, debate, sports competition etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is expensive as we have to pay college fee rs122950 per year including library charges & others charges.& rs25000 hostel charge per year & rs 3000 mess Bill per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I don't have idea regarding this because our college is a private college so it doesn't provide any scholarship. You can get loan from your native place bank.

Campus Life

College campus is spread over 65 acres & campus is very neat & clean with all the available facility like sports ground, labs, auditorium.each year college used to organize davana as a annual function.

Alumni/Alumna

I have very good relationship with my senior & alumni, they used to share his own experience & provide guidelines to us what to do.& how will we achieve those things.

Exam Structure

In each semester we have to write 3 internal exams which consist of 25 marks, where avg of best two internal marks are added in final marks, & final sem exam consist of 100 marks each so total of 100+25 marks per subject & labs consist of 25+50 marks.

They are well experienced & interactive with student, there behavior are very positive towards student & very friendly in nature. They used to help students in project

Well according to sources from college they have an average placement of 7 lakhs per annum and highest of 56lpa but it was off campus according to me highest may be 30 lpa something they have company tie ups in their own college According to seniors this college does not have that level of placement it's just decent they said

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements in our college to company like Amazon and infosys.students become eligible for campus placements for 6 or 7th semester.i think so minimum package is 8 lakhs per year and max is 35-50 lakhs.it depends on the way students give their interview the percentage of students getting placement might be somewhere around 30-35 percent.i have some start-up ideas such as real estate or hostel business

Placement Experience:

Students of 4 year are eligible for placements and students of third year are eligible for internship.given they have more than 7 cgpa with no subject which is uncleared that is having active backlog .My plans is to get a pre placement offer through my first internship.Big companies like microsoft ,Tata ,wipro, boeing come to college .percentage of students getting placed increase every year .This year it was 60 percent.Roles offered and placement depend on your field of interest and which companies you are applying for .

The main reason behind I opted this college is that I am a native of Davangere and also this college gives the numerous placements as I received from the seniors. I also apllied for BVB college, but my first preference is BIET. Compared to BVB, Biet provides huge placements than BIET. But due to my family concern I opted this college. I have no rejection from any of the colleges as my rand is low(9590) which I have got many top colleges. But due to some reasons I sticked to BIET.
