Remarks
The Admission procedure was carried very smoothly through the College staff guidance and it was compelety based on merit score obtained in MHT-CET. Thhe admission procedure was well explained by the college staff.The application form fees was around Rs1500 along with the application form the prospectus of college was also given in which deatails about course, faculties, and extra curriculum activities were mentioned.As I got OBC seat so I submitted the required documents as per their requirement and took admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
I actually interested in studying core branches like Mechanical, Electrical but as COMPUTER was on trend so I choose Computer Enggineering.But actually this cuorse in very interesting.I am really amazed by the way of teaching of faculty members.They teaches so well that we get to understand each concept very theoritically.They all are great.Now we just end with our Unit Test -1 which was conducted 2 monthafter the admission and now terminal exams would commenced from march. They are quite easy if we just revised the mumbai university previous year questions.
Placement Experience
Many companies like Infosys, Zeus Learning,TSS consultancy visit college campus.About 75% students got job from campus.The highest Package offered was around 5lpa and lowest was around 2.5lpa.From 7 semseter onwards the students become eligible for placements.ATHARVA donot provide internship opportunites but if student is interested then college staff support that student in every manner.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee structure is quite feasible I guess for a student belonging to any category like OBC, SEBC, SC/ST,GEN-EWS as fee concession is there for category students .Rest for general category, they have to pay complete fees of 1.25lpa. ATHARVA provides SCHOLARSHIP opportunities for students having low annual income by submitting the required documents.
Campus Life
ATHARVA COLLEGE CAMPUS is majorly the core reason behind choosing this collge.It is very huge and impressive.It consits of well-equipped labs, libraries, and may many amenities like cafeteria, Auditoriums and Swimming pool.Whole campus has wi-fi. You can take a book from library if u want and return it in given time.Almost every type of book is available in library.A biggest cultural fest RHTYM takes place here where students participate to show their talent apart from studies.Many festivals are also organised in college like GANESH CHATURTHI which adds more enjoyment and creats environment of joy and happinees
