Overall very good college for studying

The admission is through JEE MAIN or wbjee and there is also an option for direct admission.the wbjee cuttoff ranges arround 30000 for general students.the admission process through wbjee is very easy.there is also advantage of TFW facility through which eligible students can get admission in low cost.

I did my BTech in mechanical engineering. The mechanical engineering department was very friendly and helpful. the faculty members were helpful in all things. Their teaching methods were impressive. They took timely exams to check our progress. There were more than 650 students in our college and more than 50 faculty members in which more than 30 are p.hd professors.

Some company provides internship. Most of them was marketing company.. stipend is arround 5 to 10 thousands. We did a final year project on an agricultural sprayers. I did an internship at NCR Corporation.

The placement in our college is good also. After 6th semester every student is eligible for placements. The ratio of placement is fifty percent. Most of the companies are from the IT department. A few companies which came last year were Byjus, Extra Marks, Mindtree's, TCS and many more. They offered a good packages starting from 2.5 lakh to 10 lakh. Overall good placement.

The fee was low considering other colleges in the same category. The cost of the study was minimal also considering it was a private engineering college. Although there was no scholarship programme offered by college. There are internship opportunities from various marketing companies where the stipend is 6500 to 8000 there are some unpaid internships also.

Every year technical fest and cultural fest was organised in our college. The library was available for reading and borrowing books both. The classroom was very neat and clean. There was CCTV camera in every classroom. The labs are well equipped for learning and experiments.
