SCMHRD - A young and budding college that has a lot to offer you

One must complete graduation to be able to apply to this. The application form can be fetched from the portal and has a fee of around 1750/- . Application dates will be clearly mentioned in the portal. Reservations and scholarships are available for eligible students. The admission process is pretty smooth.

This college is the best for the MBA HR program in India. The college has a good faculty-to-student ratio. Every student has easy access to faculty so that they can solve their doubts with more ease. All the faculty are doctorates and Postgraduates with outstanding expertise in the field they teach. Examinations are in the right way to test the student's caliber.

The college provides full assistance to students in internship programs too. Many big companies visit campus to recruit students. Eventually, students are offered PPOs on promising performance and the college has a strong profile of a high number of students getting PPOs.

Summer placements will take place between August and September. Many internship programs eventually lead to job offers. Both summer and final assignments are available on campus. SCMHRD has a placement rate of 100 percent. Last year's final placements at our college averaged 16.5 LPA, with the highest being 32 LPA. Last summer, 115 organizations came to campus to recruit 180 students, with the average placement being 1.7 lakhs for two months and the highest being 3.2 lakhs for two months. ITC, Microsoft, VI, Dell, Accenture, EY, and many other Fortune 500 corporations are among the companies who visit our campus for placement.

SCMHRD Pune is also affiliated with Symbiosis International University and is AACSB approved. According to the Indian Institutional Ranking Framework of 2021, the college is the 5th best B school and the 5th best school of eminence in India. College charges around 18 lakhs in total as a college fee for the course. Students receive a decent placement package from the college, with an average payout of 14.7 lakhs. The majority of pupils are placed.

There are numerous committees you can join based on your interests, which will be followed by senior selection rounds. S-reflect - photography, CRT - Placement Committee, Sports Committee, Praytna - NGO, NEEV - Cultural Committee, Admissions & PR, Shapath & many others are some examples of committees. Throughout the two years, you will have numerous possibilities to participate in sports. For every sport, there are numerous inter-and intra-university competitions. Shapath drives, Prayatna rock show, Finance Conclave, E Cell Event, and NEEV Cultural Fest are some of the events.

The SNAP exam, which is administered in December and January, is part of the admissions process. Following SNAP, students are shortlisted based on a cutoff that varies year to year depending on the level of difficulty. In February, the GE-PI-WAT rounds are held.
