Remarks

Is one of the best NIT's and a highly ranked college. This institute has very good placement record. This institute has a good infrastructure. This institute has very good faculty and staff. They even provide physical training. Hostels are good and provide hygienic food. They even have diversity in their food so it won't be difficult for somebody from north to adjust here in terms of food

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very much like the course of other institutes. The first 2 semesters are common for all branches. So we get an insight into the subject of other branches as well. Even the lab subjects were very good and the equipments are up to date.

Placement Experience

Our college is visited by companies like mahindra,Bajaj etc. Even Google was suppose to visit our campus this year but due to time constraints it didn't. And all most 80-90 %students get placed. Our highest package for mechanical was 18 lakh and for cse was 50 lakh

College Events

The fests are also very good. We conduct the biggest technical fest in the whole south india even bigger than iit madras. Students from various colleges take part in this technical fest.this year we had over 4000 participants across various colleges

Not so bad, but feel and enjoy the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Curriculum is c-24 this is updated version of pervious curriculum. In this curriculum the unwanted topics are removed and only useful and wanted topic are kept. In this curriculum you can see some subjects that are helpful for our future like (Communication skills and Life skills, Employability skills, Interview skills.etc). The frequency and timing of exams is little bit less because few topics are tuff.

NIT Warangal - One of the Top NIT's

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

Every student gets a placement here, except if they are too at the bottom, apart from that the highest offered was 98 lakhs and the avg is appx 25 like most members get around that range, the least you get is 3 lakhs that is if you are not that a good student

depending on the company even first years can be eligible. but the course only allowed for internship in third year and higher. the placements of biotechnology students is yet to be decided. the fourth years are the first batch ever all 8 of them got internships. after i get my BTech I'll pursue a doctorate

- the student from 4th year are eligible to sit for exam - Infosys takes around 50-60 students,Darwinbox takes around 0 to 2 students,TCS takes around 15 to 20 ,Wipro takes around 10 to 12 students,Google takes around 1 to 2 students,Byjus takes around 6 to 8 students,IBM takes around 90-106 students,etc.. - Highest package from Darwinbox of 52 lpa - Byjus highest package of 16 lpa - IBM highest salary of 6 lpa and average salary of 3-4 lpa - after getting my degree going to higher studies
