Remarks

Vidyasagar Colleges Geography course is popular among the students. It is offered in both PG and UG level. These have some admission criteria and for PG level selection is either based on marks secured in the qualifying exam or marks secured in the entrance exam. Application can be filled online as well as offline mode. Application fee is paid through debit or credit card.

Geography curriculum follows semester wise syllabus. It includes project work , historical and political geography. Economic geography, thematic mapping, advanced geomorphology etc are in the list of main subjects. Elective subjects start from semester 3. Faculty are best in the country.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like EY, KPMG, TCS , and many companies visit the college for the placement. Highest package is 5LPA and the Avg would be 2.5 Lpa. I don't know the percentage of students getting placement because there are many students who opt for different career paths
